FIBC bulk bags with discharge spouts are precision-engineered packaging solutions designed to interface directly with industrial downstream processing systems, hoppers, and pneumatic conveying lines. Unlike flat-bottom bags that require dangerous manual slitting (cutting open the base) which destroys the container and risks foreign fiber contamination, a bottom discharge spout allows for a controlled, safe, and dust-free emptying process.
The discharge mechanism features a multi-layer fabric sleeve integrated into the base panel, secured by specialized petal closures (pyramid cover) or star closures. This protective fabric tie-down system shields the spout from mechanical friction, tearing, and contamination during transport, ensuring the spout remains clean and ready for connection at the discharging dock.
The dual tie-string design allows plant operators to partially open the inner spout to regulate the gravity-fed flow of powders or plastic pellets, or completely choke/reseal the spout mid-discharge if necessary.
Slitting a flat-bottom bag often introduces loose polypropylene strands or knife fragments into the processing line. A discharge spout deploys without cutting, maintaining 100%product purity for high-sensitive materials like lithium battery cathode powders.
The discharge sleeve can be clamped directly inside a closed hopper receiving ring before releasing the ties. This contains fine chemical particles and hazardous airborne dust within the silo, protecting warehouse personnel and preventing explosive dust cross-contamination.
Because the bag body is not structurally compromised during the emptying phase, bags engineered with a 6:1 Safety Factor can be safely cleaned, inspected, and reused for multi-trip logistics cycles.

The discharge spout is made of lighter fabric to allow easy clamping and tying. If exposed directly during transit, the weight of the bag would compress the spout against the wooden pallet, causing friction tears. The petal closure is a four-flap reinforced outer cover that clips over the spout, taking the friction brunt and keeping the spout pristine.
Yes. For fine chemicals or battery materials, we can pre-install a Form-Fit Liner or an Aluminum Foil Liner. The bottom of these specialized liners features a matching integrated discharge spout that passes through the outer PP bag's spout, ensuring complete chemical containment without blocking the flow.
We utilize a "swan-neck" or double-tie method. The inner discharge spout is twisted, folded over, and tied down with heavy-duty cords, and then the outer dust cover or protective petal enclosure is locked over it. For ultra-fine powders, a coated fabric spout combined with sift-proof stitching ensures zero leakage.
