Multi-layer aluminum foil FIBC liners represent the highest tier of atmospheric protection technology for flexible bulk packaging. Standard polyethylene (PE) liners, while moisture-resistant, possess micro-molecular pathways that allow water vapor and oxygen molecules to slowly permeate over extended storage periods. This triggers hydro-condensation and oxidation reactions in highly reactive or hygroscopic compounds.
The aluminum foil liner architecture resolves this vulnerability by combining an ultra-pure aluminum metal core layer with high-mechanical-strength outer polymer films (PET, Nylon, and LLDPE) via solventless dry lamination. This multi-layer matrix provides a near-zero theoretical Water Vapor Transmission Rate (WVTR) and Oxygen Transmission Rate (OTR). It shields premium chemical materials and new energy materials from humidity, light degradation, gas migration, and volatile chemical evaporation during global intercontinental maritime shipping.
Engineered specifically for raw chemical substrates that clump, liquefy, or undergo chemical decomposition when exposed to parts-per-million (ppm) levels of ambient moisture.
Prevents atmospheric oxygen from penetrating the container envelope, completely halting oxygen-driven thermal degradation and raw material color shifting in volatile compounds.
Unlike standard metalized films that crack when folded, the inclusion of a high-tenacity nylon (PA) layer absorbs physical vibrations during ocean shipping, maintaining barrier continuity along all geometric crease lines.
The high thermal weld strength of the internal LLDPE sealing layer ensures that once the bag is vacuumed and heat-sealed, the airtight environment remains intact for up to 12 to 24 months without vacuum loss.

Pure aluminum foil is extremely fragile and breaks instantly under bending or shearing stress. By laminating it between an outer PET layer (for scratch resistance), a middle Nylon layer (for tensile elasticity and tear blocking), and an inner PE layer (for low-temperature thermal heat sealing), the aluminum metal grid gains industrial-grade durability while maintaining its superior barrier traits.
We custom-manufacture the aluminum liners to mirror the interior cubic dimensions of the Baffled FIBC / Q-Bags. The aluminum liner fills the corners cleanly without excess material stacking. It can be pre-tabbed or glued to the outer bag body panels to guarantee it remains upright and fully deployed during high-speed vacuum filling cycles.
Yes. As shown in the technical drawing profile, the liner is fabricated with a specialized Discharge Spout sleeve that passes down through the outer PP container base. Plant technicians can hook up the liner sleeve directly to a closed-loop pneumatic silo inlet, cut the foil seal under closed parameters, and empty the product without atmospheric exposure.
