Bag Styles & Body Construction
Panel, tubular, baffle and loop body choices
Choose the body structure that controls bag shape, filling stability, stacking behavior and container loading efficiency.

Form-fit FIBC liners represent a precision-engineered barrier packaging technology designed to eliminate the physical limitations of standard flat or tubular inner bags. When a conventional flat plastic liner is inserted into a cubic bulk bag, the film creases, folds, and pockets randomly under the weight of descending material. These creases trap significant product residues during discharge and create dead spaces that hold residual moisture and atmospheric oxygen.
The form-fit liner is manufactured to replicate the exact volumetric dimensions and geometric contours of the outer FIBC bag, including the top filling spout, the main cubic body (with integrated internal baffled stays as shown), and the bottom discharge spout. This direct structural mapping eliminates film folding, ensures complete material evacuation without pocket trapping, and provides a continuous barrier layer for high-purity or moisture-sensitive bulk materials.
Because the liner fits perfectly into the bottom corners and discharge sleeve without creasing, fluid powders flow continuously without getting trapped in plastic folds. This eliminates high-value product loss for critical materials like lithium battery cathode powders.
During high-speed discharging, the downward friction of the falling mass can yank a standard flat liner right out of the outer bag, clogging downstream factory valves. Form-fit liners are tabbed or glued directly to the outer container fabric, staying permanently anchored in place.
The precision shape allows processing plants to completely evacuate oxygen or inject nitrogen into the package before sealing. Without excess plastic wrinkles to trap residual air, the shelf-life of oxygen-sensitive chemicals is extended.
During the filling phase, the liner inflates uniformly against the walls of the outer container, preventing off-center material shifting that causes bags to tilt on warehouse pallets.

High-value industrial additives, starches, and technical minerals that turn into solid crusts if exposed to ambient humidity through standard bag weaves.
| Performance Metric | Form-Fit Baffled Liner | Standard Lay-Flat Inner Bag |
|---|---|---|
| Internal Geometric Alignment | Perfect matching / No internal creases | Excessive plastic folding and wrinkling |
| Discharge Residue Risk | Minimal to Zero (Smooth material path) | High (Powders get trapped within flat pleats) |
| Downstream Valve Clogging | Zero risk (Liner is anchored to outer bag) | High risk (Liner can slide down into the hopper) |
| Nitrogen/Gas Flushing Yield | High efficiency (Minimal trapped air volume) | Low efficiency (Wrinkles hold residual oxygen) |
As shown in the technical profile, specialized baffled form-fit liners are manufactured with pre-sealed internal panels or structural plastic stays matching the outer bag's internal architecture. These internal pillars feature clean cutouts that allow the powder to pass into the corners while holding the square profile without stretching.
Yes. For materials that require absolute maximum moisture and gas isolation, we can manufacture these custom-shaped liners using multi-layer aluminum foil composite liners. This combines the physical shape benefits of a form-fit container with the zero-permeability characteristics of metallic foils.
Because thin polymer films are sensitive to friction damage before filling, the liners are pre-folded under clean conditions and can be inserted and pre-expanded inside the outer PP bulk bags right at our manufacturing facility. When they arrive at your plant, the entire assembly is ready to go onto the filling spout immediately.
